The arrival of big four-o

Cousin Sheri called two hours ago and asked me if I wanted to join her and another friend for a singles night out. I said yes first, then called her back and told her that I would go only if they didn't say anything about the arrival of the big four-o and she said "fine". Then she said they were planning to go to a Persian restaurant to eat chelokabob for dinner. "well, what kind of singles night out would that be?" I said but she then added we could go for a drink after that. "Now, you're talking", I said but still I didn't want to hear anything about the arrival of the big four-o. "Fine, fine" she replied and told me she would just buy me a drink for the, the you know what. "My type of cousin!", I said and went back home to get a little bit dressed up.
