I want to read this to you

I am trying to return to a long-neglected habit of mine these days. Writing has never been my strongest trait, but talking has…nonstop indeed. Reading books though was my best hobby and habit in the past but I simply gave it up when I started my new life here in America. Ten years ago, I read at least two books in a week and talked about my favorite sections when I saw a friend who cared to listen to my rather strange interpretations. Now, I am trying to take up the good habit again. I am not watching TV in the evenings and I carry the book that I am reading everywhere I go, and I started yesterday writing my favorite passages and their page numbers on a piece of paper that I use as a book marker. Now I can at least write those passages here so you could feel the experience somehow, without me being able to read them to you.
